Wildhouse Publishing, the nonprofit publishing venture of Just Horizons Alliance, is proud to announce the launch of TechEthos, a bold new nonfiction imprint dedicated to exploring the ethical dimensions of new and emerging technologies. As our world is rapidly transformed by artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering, and other frontier innovations, the need for thoughtful, accessible, and rigorous ethical reflection has never been more urgent. TechEthos exists to meet that need—and we’re looking for a visionary imprint editor to help lead the way.
Wildhouse TechEthos is not just another imprint—it’s a platform for urgent conversations. As technologies evolve faster than our ethical frameworks, we need books that help society catch up. If you care deeply about the future of humanity and want to help shape public discourse around tech ethics, this is your chance to make a difference.
We are seeking a commission-based Imprint Editor to spearhead acquisitions and editorial development for Wildhouse TechEthos. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new publishing venture from the ground up. You’ll work closely with authors, researchers, and thought leaders to bring compelling, high-impact books to life—books that engage with the ethical challenges posed by AI, biotechnology, robotics, data science, and more. Being fully remote is acceptable.

Submissions to Wildhouse TechEthos
We will soon be accepting proposals for the attention of Wildhouse TechEthos. Proposals should be submitted through whp.submittable.com. Look for Wildhouse TechEthos General Submissions, which should be available by October 2025.
An initial inquiry should include a sample of at least three chapters together with a synopsis, a short (3-4) list of comparison titles, and a publication plan that elaborates on the author’s readiness to publicize their work via social media platforms, readings, and other appearances.
